When outside vendors or trades are required to execute the approved design, Valeriano Studio may assist with sourcing, communication, scheduling, and coordination as part of the project. Vendors and trades operate independently and remain responsible for their own workmanship, methods, scheduling, safety, and performance. Their labor and services are contracted and billed separately.
